We had a great new year experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, great to check in early after a long overnight bus trip. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The bathroom was great with a bath, and there was a good selection of TV channels. The hotel's location was in a nice neighborhood, close to nearby parks and a short taxi ride to popular areas with bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed the warm indoor pool, a great place to relax.

One downside is that the spa facilities were not up to par, with the hot tub being closed and outdated gym equipment.
