We had a great new year experience at this hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after a long overnight bus trip. the room was comfortable and cleaned daily. the bathroom was great with a bath, and there was a good selection of TV channels. the hotel's location was in a nice neighborhood, close to nearby parks and a short taxi ride to popular areas with bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed the warm indoor pool, which was a great place to relax.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. Some of the staff seemed a bit stand-offish, although we didn't have many encounters with them since we only stayed overnight.

The breakfast, which was delivered right to my room, was prompt and delicious. an excellent experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the outskirts of Palermo, making it easy to hail a taxi and avoid the crowded areas. it is right beside a beautiful park, providing a serene atmosphere.

One downside is that the spa facilities were not up to par, with the hot tub being closed and outdated gym equipment.
