We had a great new year experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after a long overnight bus trip. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The bathroom was great with a bath, and there was a good selection of TV channels. The hotel's location was in a nice neighborhood, close to nearby parks and a short taxi ride to popular areas with bars and restaurants. We also enjoyed the warm indoor pool, which was a great place to relax.
There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. Some of the staff seemed a bit stand-offish, although we didn't have many encounters with them since we only stayed overnight.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were blown away by the enhanced level of comfort and quality services. Located in a great area, we could easily walk to nearby parks or take a short taxi ride to other bars and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with the room service and housekeeping. We particularly enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which had an indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, and other great amenities. The luggage storage and 24-hour reception were also helpful.
We would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a great stay without any hassle.

I had such a great stay at this place! The location was fantastic, with a beautiful park just a block away and plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Plus, the room was impeccable and felt brand new. The breakfast, which was delivered right to my room, was prompt and delicious. an excellent experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the outskirts of Palermo, making it easy to hail a taxi and avoid the crowded areas. it is right beside a beautiful park, providing a serene atmosphere.
One downside is that the spa facilities were not up to par, with the hot tub being closed and outdated gym equipment.
